Attendance

Present were: Judge Gray, Jennifer Ayers, John Person, Joseph Rider, Kevin Way, Michael Wiley and Ed Mitchell.

Old Business

Court Calendar

The Court calendar for 2013 will be available by the end of the month. The Judge’s law clerks have the civil calendar dates available at the present time.

Mortgage Foreclosure Diversion Procedures

A meeting is scheduled for August 24 to discuss amendments to the mortgage foreclosure diversion procedure. Volunteers are needed to represent foreclosure clients.

Court Administrator

The Court Administrator’s office has two new secretaries who are in training.

Legal Services

Additional cuts have been made in the Williamsport office including the elimination of one attorney.

Video Conferencing Equipment

A request has been made for video conferencing capabilities in Courtroom #5.
